Birmingham-born Rushian came through the ranks at Aston Villa, with whom he has been associated since 2015.
He made his senior debut for Villa in a 0-4 Premier League away win at Sunderland on 14th March 2015. At just 16 years and 176 days old, he became the second-youngest player in Villa's history and the youngest to represent them in the Premier League.
A talented prospect from a young age with 15 senior appearances for Villa to date, Hepburn-Murphy has also represented England at various youth levels, making 15 appearances across the age groups.
On 11th January 2019, Rushian joined League Two Cambridge United for the second half of the 2018-19 season, scoring 2 goals in 16 games whilst at the Abbey Stadium.
Impressed by his showing, Micky Mellon brought him to League One for 2019-20, signing him for Tranmere on a season-long loan on 1st August 2019.
Interesting Fact: Rushian had an eventful debut for Tranmere, coming on as a half-time substitute before being sent off in the 94th minute.
